    • 酶活定义：在37℃，16小时内将0.5毫克的Thioredoxin-NP-27，95%降解为NP-27所需要的酶量定义为1个活性单位。
    • 酶活：
    • 来源：重组酵母。
    • 1×重组牛肠激酶反应缓冲液：50mM Tris-HCl，pH 8.0（22℃），1mM CaCl，0.1% Tween-20。
    • 肠激酶活性的影响因素：>2M Urea，>250mM NaCl，>20mM β-ME，>0.1% SDS，>50mM imidazole。如果样品溶液中含有上述成分的一种或多种，为获得理想的酶切结果，请先将样品透析到1×反应缓冲液中，然后再进行酶切实验。
    • 适用范围：温度4～45℃，pH4.5～9.5。
    • 储存条件： -20°C
