    • 性状：白色或类白色冻干粉。为双链特异性内切核酸酶，能降解双链DNA成为具有5ˊ-磷酸及3ˊ-OH末端的寡脱氧核糖核苷酸。当有一价锰离子存在时，亦能降解单链DNA。
    • 酶反应：脱氧核糖核酸→二核苷酸5′磷酸+寡聚核苷酸5′磷酸。
    • 最适pH： 7.8。

    • 抑制剂：EDTA和十二烷基硫酸钠。可加5mmol/L钙(Ca2+)。

    • 溶解性： 溶于水，微溶于30％乙醇和丙酮。
