介绍：我国的蜗牛属于陆生贝类褐云玛瑙螺，其粘液、淋巴液和蛋白腺中凝集素的分离纯化方法和理化性质各不相同。其蛋白腺中的凝集素是一种冷凝集素(cold agglutin)，较为特殊，它的血凝活力对温度的依赖性极强。蛋白腺中凝集素的最适温度为l3℃ ，血凝活力在4～27 c条件下存在，达30℃ 时则消失。

用途： 蜗牛凝集素可以凝集血细胞，从而促进血液学的研究。应用于细胞学、血液学研究、生物技术研究
