用途：生化研究。为低分子量具有强碱性的蛋白质，带强阳电荷。能通过离子键与强酸性的肝素结合形成稳定的复合物，从而使肝素失去抗凝活性（肝素为粘多糖的硫脂，呈强酸性带阴电荷，其抗凝作用与所带阴电荷有关）。
