介绍： 作为药物，可降低毛细血管渗透性，增加致密度，维持神经与肌肉的正常兴奋性，加强心肌收缩力，并用助于骨质形成。适用于过敏疾患，如荨麻疹；湿疹；皮肤搔痒症；接触性皮炎，以及血清病；血管神经性水肿作为辅助治疗。也适用于血钙过低所致的抽搐和镁中毒。也用于预防和治疗缺钙症等。作为食品添加剂，用作缓冲剂；固化剂；螯合剂；营养增补剂。

溶解性： 溶于水（3g/100ml，20℃），易溶于沸水（20g/100ml），水溶液pH约6-7。不溶于乙醇及其他有机溶剂。在空气中稳定,在水中缓缓溶解。
