介绍： HNB是钙的金属指示剂，碱土金属离子、稀土金属离子、铀离子的比色试剂。HNB易溶于水和乙醇，HNB的水溶液在pH 7-12时呈蓝色，pH >13时呈红色，在pH 10且有钙离子存在时呈粉红色。碱土金属离子和稀土金属离子的检测范围分别为1-600 ppm和1-300 ppm。复合物的最大波长是650 nm。HNB也被用于UO2(II)的检测。据报道，HNB的质子解离常数为pKa4＝6·44, pKa5=12·91 (?=0·1，24℃)。
