    • 介绍： 系高分子水溶性蛋白质的混合体，几乎无臭，无味，在冷水中吸水膨胀，能膨胀至原重量的5～10倍。溶于热水、甘油和乙酸，不溶于乙醇、乙醚、氯仿等有机溶剂。无味、无臭。溶于热水，冷却后，冻成凝胶状。在干燥情况下能长期储存，遇湿空气受潮后，很容易受细菌作用而变质。
