- 化学性质
本品为白色粉末或疏松易碎块状物，略溶于水，溶解后呈无色、无臭澄清略带乳光的黏性液体，可有微量细小不溶蛋白存在。
本品自人血浆处理而得。含纤维蛋白原纯度在60%以上。又称为凝血因子：对维持凝血和止血机能有重要作用。当其血中浓度低于680mg·L-1时，血液即不能维持正常凝固。静注本品可提高血中纤维蛋白原浓度。在凝血酶蛋作用下，溶胶状态下的蛋白原转变为凝胶状(不溶性纤维蛋白)，促使血液凝固。达到凝血目的。对缺乏纤维蛋白原造成的凝血障碍有特效。
