介绍：无味。微吸湿。加热至225-250℃生成酸性焦磷酸钠，350-400℃形成偏磷酸钠。半数致死量(大鼠，肌肉)250mg/kg。易溶于水，水溶液呈酸性，在湿空气中能结块，几乎不溶于乙醇。加热至100℃时则脱水，在190－210℃时生成焦磷酸钠，在280－300℃分解为偏磷酸钠。水中溶解度:850 g/L (20°C)
