介绍：溶于水呈来呈蓝色至藏青色溶液，微溶于乙醇和溶纤素，不溶于其他有机溶剂。遇浓硫酸呈艳蓝色，稀释后呈紫色至红光蓝色。其水溶液加浓盐酸生成藏青色沉淀；加氢氧化钠液生成深紫色沉淀。对纤维素纤维染色时，染料吸尽性好，温度在60-80℃时，亲合力最大，拔染性好。

用途：主要用于棉、粘胶等纤维素纤维织物的染色，也可用于蚕丝织物的染色。还可用于纸张、生物的染色。
