介绍：易溶于水(可溶解范围约30%)和醇。还原性强，暴露于光线或加热时逐渐变色（变黑）。干燥状态下稳定性强，但在水溶液中遇空气将很快分解。水溶性1g/10mL,,能溶于水、醇和吡啶，颇溶于丙醇，微溶于甘油，其化学性质与抗坏血酸非常相似，具有同样强的还原作用。

熔点： 166-172°C

储存条件：密封避光保存

用途：异抗坏血酸是维生素C的一种最重要的异构体。
