介绍：味咸。溶于酸、碱或甘油。微溶于水，水溶液至碱性，不稳定，极易放出活性氧。在130-150℃时失去结晶水。在游离碱存在下容易分解。与稀酸作用生成过氧化氢。与浓硫酸作用放出氧及臭氧。

熔点： 63°C

储存条件：密封阴凉处保存。

用途：纺织工业用作阴丹士林染料显色的氧化剂和原布的漂白剂。医药上用作消毒剂、氖苗剂和服奥剂。化学工业用于油脂、动物脏和蜡等的漂白，可作为双氧水的代用品和有机合成的聚合剂。日化工业用于制各牙膏以及用作冷烫精印染发粉的氧化剂。另外，还用作煤染剂、洗涤剂、分析试剂及电镀溶液的添加剂等。
