介绍：铪和碳的化合物为主要成分的陶瓷。碳化铪(HfC)是已知单一化合物中熔点最高者。体积电阻率1.95×10-4Ω·cm(2900℃)，热膨胀系数6.73×10-6/℃。通常用二氧化铪(HfO2)与碳在惰性或还原性，反应温度1900～2300℃，用热压烧结法或热等静压法制出高密度陶瓷甜品。碳化铪能与许多化合物(如ZrC、TaC等)形成固溶体。如组分为HfC-4TaC的复合碳化物，其显微结构呈二相：一相为碳化铪-碳化钽的共晶体；另一相为外形比是50：1的针状的游离石墨相。这种“近共晶”碳化铪(HfC)制品具有良好
