介绍： 微溶于水，稍溶于乙醇。低毒，半数致死量(大鼠，经口)725mg/kg。有致癌可能性。有刺激性。

用途： 1. 它是新型特种工程塑料聚酰亚胺、聚醚酰亚胺、聚酯酰亚胺、聚马来酰亚胺、聚芳酰胺等耐高温树脂的重要原料之一; 2. 它还是合成 3,3'， 4,4'-四氨基二苯醚的原料，后者是制备一系列芳杂环耐热高分子材料的主要单体。 3. 它还用作高性能耐热性环氧树脂、聚氨酯等合成高分子的原料及交联剂。 4. 同时还用于替代具有致癌作用的联苯胺生产偶氮染料、活性染料和香料等领域。目前用二氨基二苯醚作原料已经研制出了大红、艳红、沙红、黄棕、绿、灰、兰、艳橙、黑等不同色阶的直接染料，可用于丝、毛、棉、麻等织物的
