介绍： 微有氨的气味。极易吸潮。露置空气中或在光线下变成棕色。能吸收空气中二氧化碳。能与水、甲醇和丙酮混溶，25℃时的溶解度：苯4.2%、乙醚1.6%、四氯化碳0.4%、正庚烷小于0.1%。呈强碱性，0.1mol/L的水溶液pH为10.5。有刺激性。

用途： 气相色谱固定液（最高使用75℃温度，溶剂为甲醇、乙醇），分离分析含氧、含氮化合物和含水样品。络合剂, 金属掩蔽剂, 滴定钯和铂, 比色测定锰、测定锡、锑。吸收二氧化碳和二硫化碳等气味。乳化剂，溶剂，腐蚀抑制剂。
