    • 介绍： 有α-和β-两种晶体。溶于氢氟酸。不溶于水。为共价键化合物，结合非常稳定。在空气中被加热至1450～1550℃时仍稳定。强度高。硬度大。硅粉在氮气氛中于高温下制得。也可由卤化硅与氨气经二氧化碳气激光束照射，生成无定形氮化硅，再在1450℃电炉、氮气氛中加热制得高纯度氮化硅粉末。
    • 熔点： 1900°C
    • 用途： 主要用作功能陶瓷材料原料，非铁金属的耐熔材料，飞机引擎，燃气输机喷嘴、轴承等高温结构材料和耐热涂层以及研磨、切削、电炉等的材料。
