介绍： Bradford蛋白定量试剂盒是常用的蛋白浓度检测方法之一,当Bradford染色液(考马斯亮蓝)和蛋白在酸性条件下结合时,最大吸光值波长立刻由465 nm转移至 595nm,同时颜色由褐色转为蓝色,通过测定吸光值大小并对照标准蛋白的吸光值,推算出蛋白浓度。

储存条件： 4℃,12个月

用途：分析总蛋白含量,其优点是蛋白中存在的盐、溶剂、金属螯合剂、缓冲液等物质影响很小。
