介绍：检测原理是将患者血液置于37℃孵育24h，使红细胞代谢继续进行，由于葡萄糖的消耗，储备的ATP减少，导致需要能量的红细胞膜对阳离子的主动传递受阻，造成钠离子在红细胞内聚集，细胞膨胀，孵育渗透脆性增加。 NaCl phosphate buffer采用高纯度氯化钠配制，普通氯化钠不宜采用。

储存条件： 4℃,12个月

用途：主要用于检测人、动物血液的红细胞孵育渗透脆性，并计算红细胞中性脆性(MCF)。
