介绍：采用酚比色法，其检测原理是磷酸苯二钠在碱性条件下，可在碱性磷酸酶的作用下生成游离酚和磷酸。在碱性条件下酚与氨基安替比林结合，并经氧化生成红色醌式结构物，呈深浅不一的红色，产物红色越深，说明碱性磷酸酶活性越高，反之则酶活性越低，通过分光光度比色法测定505～525nm处吸光度

储存条件： 4℃,避光,6个月

用途：检测细胞或组织的裂解液或匀浆液、血浆、血清、尿液等样品中内源性的碱性磷酸酶活性。
