    • 介绍： 酸性条件下NAG可使底物对硝基酚-β-N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖苷水解，释放出游离的对硝基酚(p-nitrophenol，PNP)，在碱性条件下p-nitrophenol呈黄色产物，产物黄色越深，说明β-N-乙酰葡萄糖苷酶活性越高，反之则酶活性越低，通过分光光度比色法测定400～410nm处吸光值

    • 用途： 检测细胞或组织的裂解液或匀浆液、血浆、血清、尿液等样品中的β-N-乙酰葡萄糖苷酶活性。
