介绍：其检测原理是在酸性条件下,伊红解离成阴离子型,染料瞌颜色逐渐褪去,使试剂空白吸光度降低；蛋白质多肽中的精氨酸、组氨酸、赖氨酸、色氨酸残基解离成带有-NH3+基团,与伊红结合成红色蛋白复合物,其吸光度与蛋白浓度呈比例。酶标仪检测540nm处吸光度,以伊红为底物。

储存条件： RT,避光

用途：专门用于人或动物脑脊液样本中的总蛋白含量测定。
