介绍：凝血酶时间延长见于肝素增多或类肝素抗凝物质存在,纤维蛋白(原)降解产物(FDP增多以及低(无)纤维蛋白原血症；凝血酶时间缩短见于血样本有微小凝血块或存在钙离子。

用途：用PEA蛋白沉淀剂沉淀待测样本中蛋白质时，黏蛋白不会被沉淀，仍残留于滤液中，再加入PHA蛋白沉淀剂使黏蛋白沉淀，以酚试剂测定沉淀物中蛋白质，在650nm处有吸收波，与同样处理的酪氨酸标准比较，求得待测样品中白蛋白浓度。
